About Ochre Horizon Group

Capable operator.
Regionally grounded.

Who We Are

Labour hire, maintenance, demolition, circular economy, and advisory services for mining and commercial clients.

Ochre Horizon Group is a Leonora-based services company delivering labour hire, maintenance, demolition, circular economy, and advisory services across regional Western Australia.

We work with mining contractors, government agencies, commercial operators, and community organisations. Our approach is practical and commercial — we understand the constraints of regional operations and deliver solutions that work in real conditions.

All regulated work is delivered through licensed providers. We maintain compliance, document outcomes, and provide clear reporting. We are not here to sell you something you don't need. We are here to solve problems.

Based locally with the capability to scale, we can support a single site or manage multiple concurrent projects across the Goldfields and Northern WA.

"By investing in people and partnerships, we help drive long-term community benefit while delivering dependable services our clients can trust."

How We Work

What we stand for

Practical delivery

We understand regional constraints — cost, logistics, workforce availability. We deliver solutions that work in real conditions, not theoretical ones.

Straight answers

We tell you what we can do and what we cannot. No overcommitting, no marketing language that doesn't match reality.

Local capability

We hire locally, source locally, and invest in regional communities. Local employment means local income and regional economic participation.

Compliant and documented

Safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility are built into every project. We document outcomes and provide clear reporting.

Leadership

Grounded in experience and purpose.

The Ochre Horizon Group leadership team brings over two decades of combined experience across mining, project development, stakeholder engagement, governance, procurement, and operational management.

His focus at Ochre Horizon Group is on operational delivery — ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with the commitments made to clients and community.

"We're focused on creating inclusive employment opportunities, strengthening community partnerships, and delivering dependable services our clients can trust."

Regional Commitment

Part of the region. Not just working in it.

Ochre Horizon Group is proud to support local capacity building projects, contributing to the sustainable economic development of First Nations communities across regional Western Australia.

We are building a business that will still be here in a decade — one that clients can rely on and communities can point to with pride.
